Our Pet Policy

We welcome dogs, cats, and service animals. All animals must be housebroken; no breeding allowed. Breed restrictions apply: German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow Terriers or Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Bull Staff/Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans (mini pinschers are permitted), Rottweilers, Wolf‑dog hybrids, Pit‑bull terriers, Presa Canario or Canary dogs (50% or more mix by veterinary report). Pet fee: $300 one‑time for one pet, $350 for two pets. Monthly pet rent: $50 for one pet, $75 for two pets. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. No weight restrictions.
